Hell of a day - ACCIDENT!

Last week on the 19th Friday morning was the most dramatic day for year 2011. While on my way to work, stuck in a traffic jam and I got banged by this pathetic lorry driver. Hit-and-run! From D'sara i tried to chasing him down, finally managed to stop this martherfarker at BU Centre Point. After few minutes of argument + police + owner of the lorry arrived + compensation + carless for 4 days = pain in the ars!

However, I must admit, that I am still a work in progress and I am working on loving me a little bit more and being appreciative for the blessings that I do have. It is a process but I have to get this done to move on with life and love. In the words of RuPaul "If you can't love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else, can I get a Amen"

I write about what is going on in my life at the moment and my life has many ups and downs. Most of my poetry revolves around relationships and the challenges that I faced in my life. So, sue me if you don't like it :P

JEDDAH - Saudi Arabia - Former American socialite, Paris Hilton has converted to Islam, her spokesman, Ian Brinkham, has revealed to CBS news.

"She has been toying with the idea for quite a while now and when she was imprisoned at Century Regional Detention Facility in 2007, she encountered a few people who had already converted," Mr Brinkham said.

By converting to the Muslim faith, Paris Hilton has decided to shun her old life as a celebrity skank.

Speaking from an Islamic study retreat in Jeddah, she said: "I have now found total peace in my life. Before, I used to be known as an STD-ridden streetwalker , a 'hoe' and a person of loose morals, but now, things have changed. Allah be praised."

Even when you're so tired you could fall off your feet?
You get up for awhile, and then you lay back down.

Lying down, watching the clock go round.

Yes, recently I've been having problem sleeping.

Is this insomnia?

So what is insomnia?

Simply stated, it means not getting enough sleep.

People with insomnia have one or more of the following classic symptom:-

Trouble falling asleep
Waking up often during the night and having trouble going back to sleep
Waking up too early in the morning
Unrefreshing sleep
Insomnia will usually lead to some problems during the day such as sleepiness, fatigue, problems with concentration and irritability.
A person with insomnia may also have another sleep disorder such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and restless legs syndrome.

This type of sleep loss is usually directly related to:-

Significant life stress (job loss, new child, death of a loved one, moving) (maybe)
Sickness (not really)
Jet lag (big NO)
Work shift changes, changing both to and from Daylight Savings Time (not at all)
Environmental factors like, light, noise, extreme temperature changed (possible, at this funny Guesthouse with a mentally disordered Frenchmen that has been talking to himself all day)

Its not nice to say that but this French guy is making too much noisy by talking to himself even when he's eating, watching movie, online, walking, standing, almost everything, as long as he's awake.

Gosh, i can't wait to get back to my own place!

KL - Kuantan - Terengganu - Kelantan @ Jan 2011

These are some of the photos taken during my biz trip from Kuala Lumpur to Kelantan. It took me about 11 hours to reach Terengganu due to my car tyre punctured after i dropped by Kuantan to meet 1 of my colleague. Forced to check in the hotel in Terengganu and continue my journey the next morning. Btw, i change the spare tyre by myself in the middle of nowhere, it was pretty scary. You don't see anyone or any cars on the road and surrounding is only forest.

The next day, after 2 hours plus of driving finally arrived at destination Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Rented a room at this Cerana Guesthouse. A cool place, met a lot of foreigners from Holland, Italy, German, Russia and Switzerland as well. One word to describe the people here - friendly. Not the best but wasn't too bad. I'll be here until end of Feb 2011, a lot more to come!

Chinese Foot Binding (torturing)

“If you love your son, you don’t go easy on his studies. If you love your daughter, you don’t go easy on her footbinding.”

We have all heard our parents tell us they are doing something for “our own good”, but this is ridiculous. A practice started hundreds of years ago and was popular ’till the 1930’s was chinese foot binding.

Basically, it was a procedure started on a small female child to keep her feet from growing. The feet did grow, but became deformed as a result. The would bind the feet for years to make them as close to 3″ as possible. What caused the deformation was that the foot ended up curved with the toes curled under.

It is a practice that weakened the women, made it difficult for them to walk, thus keeping the men in the position of power over them. You can’t run away from the fool on 3″ feet no can ya?

A pair of small feet three inch golden lilies were once the male designated yardstick for feminine beauty in China. A young girl’s feet were broken and bound inwards along the instep, a process that caused excruciating pain. Systematically bound, day after day, the stunted feet began to take on the coveted look of that profoundly sensuous image, the lotus bulb.
Foot Binding started in the Tang Dynasty (618-906), under the emperor Li Yu. He had ordered one of his slave girls to bind her feet and then dance for him. From that day on, foot binding began to become a regular tradition. It became increasingly popular to the upper class in the Song Dynasty (960-1297). Having tiny feet was a sign of beauty and wealth and men were attracted to women with small feet.

“that the connection between beauty rituals and pain is not accidental: The pain, of course, teaches an important lesson: no price is too great, no process too repulsive, no operation too painful for the woman who would be beautiful. The tolerance of pain and the romanticization of that tolerance begins . . . in preadolescence, in socialization, and serves to prepare women for lives of childbearing, self-abnegation, and husband-pleasing.”

The physical process which created this foot is described by Howard S. Levy in Chinese Footibinding: The History of a

Curious Erotic Custom:
“The success or failure of footbinding depended on the skillful application of a bandage around each foot. The bandage, about two inches wide and ten feet long, was wrapped in the following way. One end was placed on the inside of the instep, and from there it was carried over the small toes so as to force the toes in and towards the sole. The large toe was left unbound. The bandage was then wrapped around the heel so forcefully that the heel and toes were drawn closer together. The process was then repeated from the beginning until the entire bandage had been applied. The foot of the young child was subjected to a coercive and unremitting pressure, for the object was not merely to confine the foot but to make the toes bend under and into the sole and bring the heel and sole as close together as physically possible.

Another observer reports:
“The flesh often became putrescent during the binding and portions sloughed off from the sole; sometimes one or more toes dropped off.”

Alum was used to absorb swelling and pus, and one victim describes it this way:
“Every two weeks, I changed to new shoes. Each new pair was one to two tenths of an inch smaller than the previous one. The shoes were unyielding, and it took pressure to get into them…After changing more than ten pairs of shoes, my feet were reduced to a little over four inches. I had been in binding for a month when my younger sister started; when no one was around, we would weep together. In summer, my feet smelled of pus and blood; in winter, my feet felt cold because of lack of circulation… Four of the toes were curled in like dead caterpillars; no outsider would have believed they belonged to a human being.

Missing nurse found dead, body dumped in a deep drain

KOTA KINABALU: A 39-year-old nurse, missing since Saturday, was found murdered and dumped in a drain near a housing area at Kingfisher Park here.
The half-naked and decomposing body of Annie John Diamas was spotted by residents, who found the victim inside a narrow and deep drain at about 11.40am yesterday.
There was indication of a head injury, said acting Sabah deputy police commissioner SAC Tan Kok Liang at the scene.
He said the victim was discovered only with clothes on her upper body.
Annie, who worked at the Kudat Hospital in northern Sabah, had been here with her fiance on Sept 30 to attend courses at Open University Malaysia at Jalan Lintas.
She was believed to have gone missing after 5pm on Saturday when her family could not contact her after she left her fiance’s house in Penampang to attend the course.
Subsequently, her family members found her car parked along Lorong Dewan near a budget hotel here at about 2am on Sunday and immediately lodged a police report.
Her father John Diamas told reporters on Sunday that Annie had spoken to her fiance at about 3pm on Saturday to inform him that she was attending classes and then going to the hospital to visit her grandmother who was hospitalised at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Annie’s mother also tried to call her at about 7pm on Saturday but could not reach her as her phone was switched off.
There was a missed call from Annie to her fiance at about 7.30pm but when he tried to contact her, the cellphone was switched off.

PETALING JAYA: Many people are shy to talk about it, but a good sex life is an important part of an individual’s overall health.

“Sex can be a wonderful cementer or a terrible wedge for a relationship,” said consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist Datuk Dr Nor Ashikin Mokhtar.

She will be presenting a talk titled “Good Health, Great Sex ... For A Better Life” at the upcoming FemmeCity event.

Dr Nor Ashikin, the founder and executive chairman of Primanora Medical Centre, is also a contributor to the Women’s World column of The Star’s Fit4Life pullout.

She acknowledged that keeping the sexual spark alive in a marriage or in a long-term relationship was easier said than done.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government’s bold move to cut subsidies for sugar, petrol, diesel and liquefied petroleum gas will have minimal impact on individuals and families.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the Government will adopt an approach that will not burden the people when implementing the subsidy rationalising plan.
“The rationalisation move is necessary to reduce Government expenditure and strengthen the country’s financial position.

“It will help reduce the fiscal deficit so that world and local markets will have more confidence in the national economy,” he told reporters in Kedah.
A statement from his office said fuel prices were still considered the cheapest in the region even after the increase.
It also said the sugar subsidy cut would help to promote a healthier lifestyle.
The overall reduction in government expenditures will allow investment in the nation’s future in education, community development and job creation.

Life is often described as a journey, with many roads and pathways leading to the end of the journey. Most of us will feel that we may have taken the wrong road when faced with some of life's choices, and that may result in our living with regrets. We are all human and make mistakes in life, but we may also wonder how our lives would be different if we had chosen a different road along life's journey.

When I think about my life now, I often wonder if my life would be different now if I had chosen a different road in life. In some cases, I made very good choices and the road I traveled was easy, but I also made many mistakes while traveling along life's roads. When I reflect on the many mistakes I have made, I often wish that I could travel back in time and correct those mistakes by making different choices. Even though traveling back in time isn't physically possible, it is possible to travel back in time by reliving some old memories and perhaps with more maturity, wisdom, and insight than we had at the time.

When I was seventeen years old, I had a conversation with my mother, and at the time I thought it was very odd. She was telling me that I should go out of state to college when I graduated. I remember telling her that I was just about to finish my high school education and didn't know where life would take me after graduation. That conversation haunted me for years and I began to understand what my mother was trying to tell me. I am an only child she knew something that I didn't realize at the time. My mother knew that she had chosen to focus her attention on me and really had not developed lives of her own, and she was trying to tell me that I should choose to live in another area so that I could be the independent and educated adult that I was meant to be at that stage of my life. Unfortunately, I did not choose this road and there are many times over the years that I have often wondered what the outcome would have been if I had gone to college.

Also, I wonder if I would have been happier or would have experienced more loneliness if I had chosen a different road in my love life? Robert Frost wrote a poem entitled "The Road Not Taken" and the last two lines of the poem indicate that the speaker took the road less traveled and that has made a difference in his life (Two roads diverged in a wood and I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference). I will never know whether or not my own life would have been better or worse if I had chosen a different road all those time, but I hope that, when faced with choosing which road to take along the rest of life's journey, I will be able to choose wisely.

警方相信這個專在八打靈再也和巴生地區幹案的匪黨還有兩名同黨在逃，目前在追查他們的下落。

鵝嘜警區主任阿都拉欣阿都拉說，警方先於週三（3月17日）凌晨3時，突擊迪沙再也百美園逮捕一名華裔男子，起獲一輛報失普騰華嘉轎車。警方也從嫌犯身上搜出毒品。

警方經過一番調查後，再逮捕兩名印裔男子，起獲兩輛在哥打白沙羅報失的轎車。

阿都拉欣阿都拉說，警方接著於週五（3月19日）凌晨3時30分，突擊迪沙再也逸福園，逮捕一名華裔男子，起獲一輛掛上假車牌的普騰華嘉轎車。

10/05/2003: An unreleased audio recording captures the horrifying final moments of wildlife author and documentary film maker Timothy Treadwell and his girlfriend Amie Huguenard. The pair were killed and partially eaten by at least one grizzly bear while camping in Alaska's Katmai National Park. Treadwell had lived among bears every summer for 13 years, and attributed his recovery from drug addiction to his relationship with the animals. 02/18/2009: A Stamford, Connecticut, woman's frantic 911 call urged police to hurry as her pet chimpanzee Travis attacked her friend, 55-year-old Charla Nash. Sandra Herold, 70, the 14-year-old primate's owner, was unable to pull the 200-pound animal off of Nash as he bit her face, neck and hands. Nash was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, and Travis, who had appeared in TV ads for Old Navy and Coca-Cola, died from gunshot wounds inflicted by police.

Bat Attack
11/02/2005: An outbreak of attacks by vampire bats in Brazil led to the rabies deaths of 23 people in two months. The prime carriers of rabies in Brazil, the nocturnal blood-sucking creatures normally feed on cattle, but occasionally attack locals by slipping into huts at night.

Killer K9
12/22/2005: Deanna Large, 37, of Spotsylvania, Virginia, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter after her three unrestrained Pit Bulls attacked and killed an 82-year-old woman who was out walking her Shih Tzu. Large's Pit Bulls -- she once had 13 of them living in her doublewide trailer, according to police -- were a menace to the neighborhood. Large was sentenced to three years in prison.

02/04/2006: In Lunenburg, Massachusetts, 7-year-old Connor Lourens was attacked and killed by a neighbor's Bullmastiff. The large dog, who neighbors did not describe as vicious, was euthanized after its unexpected assault on the child.

Turkey Tased
04/07/2006: Police responding to a burglary alarm at a Madison, Wisconsin, home were surprised to discover that the breaking-and-entering perp was a wild turkey. The bird flew at the approaching officers, its impressive 50-inch wingspan causing significant damage to the vacant home. The officers unsuccessfully attempted to hustle the turkey out using a blanket and furniture. After throwing water on the marauding bird failed, the cops tased the gobbler, which finally caused it to fly out of the house, breaking a lamp on its way.

Deadly Breed
07/18/2006: Despite multiple warnings by Humane Society agents, Sandra L. Piovesan, 50, continued to keep wolf-dog hybrids as pets on her Salem Township, Pennsylvania, property. Piovesan's daughter, Crystal, found her mother's mauled body in the pen where she kept the six animals, who were later tranquilized and shot to death by authorities.

Insane at Sea
11/16/2006: A lurking danger forced swimmers out of the water at San Francisco's Aquatic Park Lagoon. A California sea lion bit the legs of at least 14 people, causing mild, but unpleasant injuries. Biologists and veterinarians suspected brain damage as an explanation for the animal's uncharacteristic behavior.

Selling the Farm
11/10/2006: While showing a farm property in Bedford, Indiana, real-estate agent Erica McKinney was bitten on the hand and pinned against a tree by a horse. McKinney showed unfaltering determination as she continued to show the property after the equine escapades, and was later treated for bruises at a nearby hospital.

Swine Towns
11/28/2006: A pack of 15 wild boars wrought havoc in Veitshöchheim and Margetshöchheim --- both small hamlets in Bavaria -- causing thousands of euros worth of damage. During the two-hour rampage, the boars, who were trying to escape from hunters, entered a shop, damaged cars, bit people, and knocked over a 76-year-old bicyclist. Police shot three of the animals and two were run over.

Woman Versus Snake
12/31/2006: During a performance at the Tarpon Springs Aquarium in Florida, a 14-foot Burmese Python wrapped itself around its handler. It took several audience members, a manager and another handler to pry the snake, named Chloe, off the handler, 18-year-old Alison Cobianchi.

Bear Warning
11/19/2007: Two people who got too close to a bear cage at Pennsylvania's Fayette County Zoo suffered injuries after the black bear swiped them with its paws. One of the victims was treated at a nearby hospital and released shortly; the second victim was flown to a treatment center in a neighboring state. The bear was not euthanized after the incident.

Hyenas Get Last Laugh
11/20/2007: In a show of Herculean strength, a herdsman in Nairobi fought off and killed an attacking lion with his bare hands. The man, 35-year-old Moses Lekalau, did not get to celebrate his victory over the beast, however. Just as he had defeated the lion, a pack of hyenas surrounded Lekalau, attacking him and biting off his hands. Lekalau later died in the hospital.

Neighbor Issues
10/04/2003: When Antoine Yates sought medical help for what he claimed were bites from a pitbull, the hospital staff suspected a bigger beast. This led police to Yates' cluttered apartment in New York City's Harlem neighborhood, where a 350-pound male Bengal tiger named Ming and a Caiman alligator were being housed. Downstairs neighbors reported seeing the animal and complained of large amounts of urine leaching through the ceiling. To get the big cat out of the fifth floor apartment, a police sniper rappelled down the side of the building and shot tranquilizer darts through the open window. Once subdued, the tiger was carried out of the building by a team of cops, animal control specialists and zoo workers, and later transported to his new home at an exotic animal refuge in Ohio. Yates fled to Philadelphia, but was caught and arrested on charges of reckless endangerment.

Tabby Cat Goes Postal
12/24/2007: A postman in Derby, England, refused to deliver mail to a home where he was repeatedly being attacked by a cat named Georgi. Newlyweds Sarah and Ben Goddard, Georgi's owners, were expecting plenty of congratulatory mail following their wedding, but when hardly any arrived, they realized that the postman was avoiding their home. When the Goddards approached him, he explained that he had been badly scratched by the 18-month-old tabby three times in one week and had had enough. The matter was resolved when the couple purchased a new mailbox that sits at the end of their driveway.

Holiday Nightmare
12/25/2007: On Christmas Day, a tiger scaled a 12 1/2 foot wall and escaped its cage at the San Francisco Zoo. The tiger's first order of business at large in the zoo? Killing Carlos Sousa, 17, and seriously injuring two of his friends, aged 19 and 23. The tiger, a female Siberian, was shot to death after the attack.

The Eagle Has Landed
03/20/2008: A family outing in the Florida Keys turned to horror when a large Eagle ray fish flopped onto their boat, hitting 57-year-old Judy Kay Zagorski, causing her to fall and sustain injuries that killed her. The 80-pound fish has venomous barbs at the base of its tail, however it was the sheer impact of the collision, not the venom, which caused the death.

One Bad Night
10/04/2003: During a performance in Las Vegas, Roy Horn of famed duo Siegfried and Roy, was attacked by a 7-year-old white tiger named Montecore. The tiger, who had been trained by Horn since a cub, lunged at Horn, and dragged him offstage by the neck. Stagehands deployed a fire extinguisher to separate the animal from Horn, who was then rushed to a hospital in critical condition. Horn suffered severe blood loss, had a quarter of his skull removed, and underwent extensive physical therapy and rehabilitation. At Horn's request, Montecore was not harmed, but was placed in quarantine for ten days to ensure that he was not rabid, and later returned to his tiger suite at The Mirage Casino.

Zoo Brawl
11/21/2004: At the Kansas City Zoo a pack of four stray dogs attacked a herd of gazelles. Six of the gazelles, a type of small antelope native to Africa, perished in the onslaught, forcing zoo staff to house the remaining eight indoors until their habitat is secured. Two of the canine culprits were shot, one was captured with a net, and the fourth escaped into the woods.

Dragon Bites
06/10/2001: While on a private tour of the Los Angeles zoo with his then-wife actress Sharon Stone, Phil Bronstein was bitten on the foot by a Komodo dragon, an animal the former San Francisco Chronicle editor had always wanted to see up close. A native of the Indonesian islands, the Komodo dragon is the largest living species of lizard in the world, weighing in at up to 275 lb. After the attack, Bronstein was hospitalized and underwent surgery to repair his big toe, which was crushed by the lizard's powerful jaws.

10/31/2003: In Kauai, Hawaii, 13-year-old Bethany Hamilton was attacked by a 15-foot tiger shark that ripped off the young surfer's left arm just below the shoulder. Hamilton was rushed to the hospital, where she spent six days, after having lost nearly half of her blood. After the incident, Hamilton returned to surfing and went on to win an ESPY Award for Best Comeback Athlete of the Year. She has been interviewed by television talk shows and magazines, and has published a book, Soul Surfer: A True Story of Faith, Family, and Fighting to Get Back on the Board.

02/01/2006: Off the shore of Santa Barbara, a boat on a sightseeing cruise was crushed by an attacking whale. The aquatic mammal, approximated at 30 feet long, flopped onboard the vessel, destroying the cabin, and then collided with the ship two more times, causing severe damage and knocking passengers into the water.

Ocean's Deadliest
09/04/2006: Widely known as the Crocodile Hunter, television wildlife expert Steve Irwin fearlessly brought viewers face-to-face with the world's most dangerous animals. While filming underwater shots for a documentary entitled Ocean's Deadliest at Australia's Great Barrier Reef, Irwin was fatally pierced through the heart by a stingray's venomous barb.

Dingo Done It
08/17/1980: A dingo may have been the culprit in one of the most publicized murder trials in Australian history. While Lindy and Michael Chamberlain were on a camping trip near Ayers Rock, their two-month-old daughter Azaria disappeared in the middle of the night. A hysterical Lindy Chamberlain told authorities that her child had been snatched by a dingo. Chamberlain was tried and convicted of murder, based on evidence that indicated the presence of the baby's blood in the Chamberlains' car. In 1986, three and a half years after the conviction, Azaria's jacket was found buried near a dingo lair. This evidence led to Chamberlain's conviction being overturned.

Killer Dogs
01/26/2006: In San Francisco, two large Presa Canario dogs attacked and killed Diane Whipple, a lacrosse player and coach, in the hallway of her apartment building. The dogs, named Bane and Hera, belonged to Whipple's neighbors, Marjorie Knoller and Robert Noel, both lawyers. Following the incident, both Knoller and Noel were found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, and Knoller was additionally convicted of second degree murder. Both dogs were put down, Bane immediately and Hera, whose participation in the attack was not firmly established, a year later.

11/28/2005: A psychiatric nurse's first trip to Africa ended in tragedy when she was trampled and killed by a hippopotamus. A day after arriving at a camp near Lake Naivasha in Kenya, Vicky Elizabeth Bartlett, 50, and 10 other tourists went on an unsupervised excursion to try to spot a herd of hippos Bartlett had noticed at a distance earlier. Bartlett and another female member of the group found themselves caught between a mother hippo and her calf. The mother charged, killing Bartlett.

A friend that recently asked me, "what have you learned about your life?" My life? The truth is, I don't really know and it isn't easy to explain. It has not been the rip-roaring spectacular I fancied it would be, but neither have I burrowed with the gophers. I suppose it has most resembled the blue chip stock, fairly stable, more ups than downs, and gradually trending upward over time. A good buy, a lucky buy and I've learned that not everyone can say this about their lives. But do not be misled. I am nothing special, of this I am sure, pretty sure. I am just a common man with common thoughts, and I've led a common life so far. There are no monuments dedicated to me, and my name somehow will soon be forgotten, but I have loved someone with all my heart and soul, and to me, this has always been enough.. As I have practiced well , photography produces pleasure by simplicity. I see something special and show it to the camera. A picture is produced, just like some of my friends always did. The moment is held until someone sees it. Then it is theirs for all time.

My little girl, gave birth to 4 puppies!

When a pregnant dog whelps, or gives birth, it is a miraculous time. However, many dog owners are unsure what to expect and how to help when their dog is expecting. (I am one of them, but luckily my dad is really good with dogs) When you're the proud owner of a new puppy you may suddenly find yourself knee-deep in puppy questions just like me, especially if this is your first 'furchild'. My little girl just gave birth to 4 puppies (13/10/09), unbelievable! I have something to share with you guys. Before your dog is ready to whelp, you should prepare a whelping box. The whelping box does not have to be fancy but it should be easy to clean and care for. Line the box with soft towels or blankets which can easily be switched out for clean ones and washed. Make sure the edges of the box are high enough to keep the newborn puppies confined inside the box, but not so high that the mother dog cannot get in and out of the box easily. Place the whelping box in a calm, quiet area of the house. Your mother dog will want a private area in which to deliver and care for her puppies. After the birthing of the puppies, make sure the puppies nurse within two hours after birth. When your female dog is done with delivery, she will normally rest and nurse the pups. Some dogs make poor mothers and will not let the pups nurse. Some dogs will actually kill the pups–especially if very nervous. This is one reason it is important to keep the environment as quiet and calm as possible. Do not let children or friends handle the pups or stand around to observe. Food and water should be available to your female dog at this point. Take her outside to exercise and relieve herself but not for too long Within 24 hours, mother and puppies should be examined by your veterinarian to ensure that no placentas or puppies are retained in the uterus and that all puppies are healthy. That's what I've learned, a very sweet experience.

Here’s something to consider.

If people see you with something; someone; dressed a certain way or in a certain place, they automatically assume a whole lot of things about your character or your lifestyle.

I have this theory that the day I can afford a really stunning sports car, I want to get it in orange with purple stars all over it. Don’t get me wrong, I know that combination even on paper will look bad, never mind how bad its going to look all over my Ferrari. The concept is this, people will see how awful that looks and will assume that if I have enough money to ruin such a beautiful piece of engineering, I must have a lot of money. You see what I mean about impressions.

Here’s a simple exercise, wear a black leather collar…or a funky pants...

It will be assumed that if you own that piece of clothing, you should also have a variety of other leather garments and hand-cuffs and whatever, a few chains and possibly a dungeon…

So go ahead, wear something different to work and keep your bosses guessing as to what your night-life is like.

CAUGHT in costume WTF !

Wearing more of a lifestyle than a costume, Samuel McGilton of West Virginia was arrested after security cameras captured the 72-year-old pleasuring himself in a public library; he claimed he was just pleasure … reading.

In another case of pre-Halloween lawlessness, 21-year-old Will Johnson was arrested in Savannah, Georgia, on October 30th 2005 for running around in traffic, performing pelvic thrusts, screaming profanities at cars and otherwise causing a commotion, all while dressed up as Lion-O from Thundercats. For those unfamiliar with the classic cartoon, a Lion-O costume involves a blue leotard and an orange mane-wig. And, of course, feline face paint.

In Key West, Florida, police arrested a street performer known as "Gold Man" on a warrant for the charge of selling crack cocaine to an undercover cop. When he's not entertaining tourists, "Gold Man" goes by Daryl Brooks, and apparently spends his days chasing all that glitters.

Convicted sex offender Mark E. Perk, 40, of Chicago must have gotten his inspiration from Loony Tunes when he came up with a scheme to fool the Chicago police, who maintain a registry of sex offenders to keep neighbors informed of who is dwelling next door. When Perk showed up to pose for the pervert catalog, he wore a wig, fake mustache and glasses. However, the ruse didn't last long. A neighbor's search of the sex offender database uncovered the real Mark E. Perk beneath the wig and specs.

Unemployed Oregonian Dusten Jacob Williams, 20, was caught red-faced on April 24th, 2006, waving a gun around outside a middle school. According to police, Williams pressed the weapon, a BB gun made to resemble a Glock, into the stomach of a student. He then rode away on his skateboard, but was nabbed a few blocks away.

On Halloween of 2005 Vanessa Molina, 23, entered a Washington Mutual Bank in Lacey, Washington. Clad in head-to-toe witch attire, Molina demanded cash. The startled teller handed her the cash, but not without a surprise Halloween treat. As Molina made her escape from the bank, a red dye pack hidden in the money exploded in a puff of smoke, forcing her to abandon her loot. The felonious sorceress was later arrested, tried and sentenced to 13 years in prison for the Halloween heist along with a string of other, albeit plainclothes, holdups in the Olympia, Washington area.

Spencer Taylor of Three Rivers, Michigan, was arrested on July 27th, 2008 for trying to steal Batman paraphernalia from the lobby of a cinema. Taylor, dressed as Batman's nemesis the Joker in a purple cape and fearsome face paint, was restrained by theater employees until police arrived.

Michele Allen, 32, of Middletown, Ohio, was arrested after neighbors reported witnessing her chasing children, blocking traffic, and urinating on a porch. The officer who arrested the belligerent bovine says she smelled of alcohol. Allen was charged with disorderly conduct.

I'm in the middle of a MLM release and the testing cycle is massive these days, lots of system work and random infrastructure changes. One month of back to back testing. I'm going to be super busy for the rest of the year, I've got a few projects to work on immediately after this one. What’s the betting that right in the middle of all this I’ll end up at a place for all my sins..haha! But I've learned something, work is hard,always been, just like ice is cold and water is wet. The point of a career isn’t to find easier work. It’s to find work that’s worth the effort. Accept the fact and we can get on with the important and interesting work of creating our best life. Success isn't measured by a bank account, a business card, or any of the other brass rings. It's about choice, is about having control to decide what kind of life you want to live. I guess, I've found mine and moving towards that direction...

Guinness World Records said that 8 feet 1 inch (2.47 meter) Sultan Kosen, from the town of Mardin in eastern Turkey, is now officially the tallest man walking the planet. Although the previous record holder, Ukrainian Leonid Stadnyk, reportedly measured 8 feet 5.5 inches (2.57 meter ), Guinness said he was stripped of his title when he declined to let anyone confirm his height.

R.I.P Patrick Swayze

Actor Patrick Swayze's achievements include serveral feature films such as "Dirty Dancing" and "Ghost", as well as living with advanced pancreatic cancer for longer than most patients, survived nearly 2 years with the condition. Swayze went public with the illness in early 2008 and underwent regular bouts of chemotherapy as he repeatedly denied tabloid reports he was close to death after learning the cancer had spread to his liver. Swayze died on Monday 14 Sept 2009 at age 57.

My mom diagnosed with breast cancer many years ago and recently she went for another operation to remove a few tumors on the other side of her breast. Shes really weak and sick now and will be going for eye operation next month. Don't know whether she can actually take it. On the other hand, one of my very close uncle who suffered a stroke he's now half paralyzed. I don't like to really talk about it, hurts me real bad. It doesn't seem to be too good. My life hasn't been great as it is but i'm really trying hard to feel better, because right now i feel like 'shit'. Anyway, just hoping you guys, whoever reading this will pray for my mom and my uncle. Hope everything goes well and will be alright soon.

I'm interested in the skies above and the seas below. I enjoy trying to make the weaker argument the stronger, if only to prove a point. I know that what I know is worthless and that there is not much worthlessness within me, therefore I am quite worthless, which is an interesting paradox. 1. Have a Healthy Outlet
Why? If one didn’t have a healthy outlet for their fears, nerves, and struggles, it was only a matter of time before repressed demons erupted to the surface.
It’s something important to consider. A human being can get away with sustaining daily nerves, fears, and doubts for a number of years. But ultimately, such a nervous nelly will crack. If you haven’t already, find a sport, commit to helping others, lighten up, and laugh more often. A wise one said, "A person without a sense of humor is like a wagon without springs, jolted by every pebble in the road."

2. Don’t Take Yourself Too Seriously
One can only carry the burden of a big ego and lots of pride for so long before your proverbial knees will buckle. Don’t take life too seriously. We all have weaknesses. Do you really want to battle your dark side year after year? Or might it just be time to lay down your arms, take a deep breath, and enjoy life. It’s shorter than you think. Trust me on this.

3. Happiness Must be Shared
“Happinesss only real when shared.” Those who spent too much alone time ultimately struggled. The happiest subjects in this were those who sustained meaningful, healthy relationships with friends and family. One can never give enough hugs, say enough "I love you's," and send enough "I miss you's."

As I emphasize in my life and to my own craze self each and every day: Living the good life is not fancy trips, luxury cards and expensive jewels, and high brow country clubs. Rather, living the good life is living the moment!

It's already 5.39 am and i'm stil awake, after talking to Jen over the phone for a while.. Thanks for that. I've been thinking a lot today, this lifeless little mind in this lifeless little head has no more feelings whatever/whatsoever as if i'm dead. Had a really bad time today, i don't want to go into details about what happened, lets just say today wasn't my day! As all i can do at this hour is to sit and stare and somehow i managed to dream like before. Dream of flying, flying high in the sky where you don't have anything around, don't have to think about anything at all but to close your eyes and go with the direction where the wind blows. My friend once told me that, love is fragile. Yes, it's true but not only love i guess. Everything! Everything is fragile in life. Reality is a slap right in the face. Reality is not fair. Reality does not care. Right? Hrm.. I want to do nothing but go to sleep now, i cannot ever give up because i know in the next morning when i wake up, i will still have to fight for the missing piece of puzzle of my life.
